How Air Con works

Air Conditioning works by drawing warm air in and recycling it into fresh, clean, filtered air. There are two types of Air Conditioning units available, most modern Air Condition units are fixed indoors and work very similar to your Kitchen Fridge by drawing warm air in and re-releasing it into your home. The Outdoor unit draws the warm air in and expels it outside.  Some Units also generate heat to offer comfort all year round.  

Indoor unit – normally installed high on an inside wall, this absorbs the warm air from the room and releases cooler air into your home.

Outdoor unit – normally fitted to a roof, balcony, or wall, this is where the warm air is released outdoors and where the cooler air can be collected
